Frequently asked questions
Do guests pay through the app?
No. Hidangi never processes food payment. Guests order from the QR page and pay at the counter after they eat, exactly as they do now.
Do my guests need to download anything?
No. Guests order from a normal web page after scanning the table QR. Only you and your staff use the native app, which is free to download.
How much does it cost?
You can run entirely on the Free plan: 100 QR orders a month and up to 30 menu items. Paid plans add unlimited items, more AI, and full analytics.
Which currency am I billed in?
Malaysia is billed in MYR; other supported countries are billed in USD. Your restaurant’s menu currency is a separate setting you choose yourself.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Paid features stay until the end of the period you paid for, then your restaurant returns to the Free plan. Your data stays with you.
Is my data private?
Yes. Phone numbers are encrypted, marketing consent is never assumed, and you can delete your account and data at any time.
