About the AI image budget
AI images draw from a monthly budget, not abstract credits. How many you get depends on the quality you pick — for example, Starter’s budget covers about 30 standard 1K photos or 15 premium 2K photos each month. Need more? One-off image top-ups are available inside the app.
Billing questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 100 valid QR orders a month and up to 30 menu items, with no card required and no time limit.
What does “11 monthly payments” mean?
The annual price equals 11 months instead of 12, so paying yearly is like getting one month free. Annual subscribers receive a fresh allowance each monthly anniversary, not the full year’s amount at once.
Which currency am I billed in?
Restaurants in Malaysia are billed in MYR; other supported countries are billed in USD. This is separate from your restaurant’s menu currency, which you choose yourself.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
Paid features stay until the end of the period you already paid for, then your restaurant returns to the Free plan. Your menu, orders and data stay with you.
Do unused AI allowances roll over?
No. Included monthly AI content and image budgets reset on each renewal and do not carry into the next month.
